Our team
Chichester Surveyors Ltd is an independent property surveying practice based in Chichester, Felpham, Bognor Regis, and across West Sussex & Hampshire, providing professional building surveying and property advice to residential property purchasers, owners, landlords, leaseholders, freeholders and property professionals.
We provide practical, independent and straightforward advice on a range of property matters, including RICS Level 2 Homebuyers Survey reports, building defects, Party Wall matters and reinstatement cost assessments.
Our approach is personal and client-focused
We are a small practice of two property professionals who work closely together, combining professional surveying knowledge with extensive first-hand experience of owning, buying, selling, letting, developing and managing property. This means our advice is not only technically informed but also grounded in the practical realities of property ownership.
Rebecca
Rebecca is a Chartered Building Surveyor and has been a member of RICS since 2020. She has been practising as a surveyor in and around West Sussex since 2017.
Rebecca's professional experience includes building surveying, reinstatement cost assessments, party wall matters, and defect inspections. Rebecca is also a member of the Pyramus and Thisbe Society, the leading learned society for property professionals in matters relating to the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
Rebecca's professional background includes experience in residential property sales, lettings and block management. Her personal experience of property is equally broad: she has been a landlord, tenant, freeholder, leaseholder and owner-occupier. This gives her an understanding of property from multiple perspectives and helps her provide practical advice that considers both the building itself and the circumstances of the people involved.
Sarah
Sarah is an Associate Member of RICS and CABE and primarily specialises in providing excellent pre-purchase property surveys and defect inspections.
Sarah draws on extensive practical property experience, having worked in construction for the last 20 years, and also as a landlord, tenant, freeholder, leaseholder and property developer. This experience helps her identify the issues that matter to buyers and explain them in clear, straightforward terms.
Sarah's focus is on helping clients understand the condition and potential implications of a property before making an important financial commitment. Her advice is designed to give clients the information they need to make properly informed property decisions.
