Chartered Building Surveyor

Rebecca has been a member of RICS since 2020 and has practised as a building surveyor in West Sussex since 2017.

Her experience includes residential building surveys, reinstatement cost assessments, Party Wall matters and defect inspections. She is also a member of the Pyramus & Thisbe Society, a leading professional society for those working with Party Wall matters.

Rebecca also has previous experience in residential property sales, lettings and block management, giving her a broad understanding of residential property and the issues that can arise for owners, landlords and leaseholders.

Sarah has over 20 years’ experience in construction and property, including property renovation and development. This practical experience has given her a strong understanding of building defects, construction methods and the ways in which defects can develop and affect a property.

She specialises in pre-purchase residential surveys and single defect inspections, with particular experience in identifying and assessing issues such as damp, cracking, movement, leaks and deterioration. Her practical background helps her consider the likely causes of defects and explain their potential implications clearly.

Sarah’s approach is focused on providing clear, practical information about the condition of a property, helping clients understand the issues identified and make informed decisions.
