We are Rebecca Jenkins and Sarah Cutler, the surveyors behind Chichester Surveyors.

Based in Chichester and Felpham, we are RICS-regulated surveyors and provide independent residential surveying services with a straightforward, practical and friendly approach.

Between us, we bring extensive experience across the property and construction industries, combined with genuine local knowledge. We understand that buying a property can be a significant investment, and our role is to give you a clear understanding of its condition so you can decide with confidence.

Our approach

As a small practice, we work closely together to provide a personal service. We take the time to understand the property, the circumstances and what you need from us.

We are friendly, approachable, thorough and independent, explaining property issues clearly and without unnecessary jargon. As an RICS-regulated surveying practice, we provide the professional expertise and attention to detail you would expect, while remaining accessible to our clients.

We use technology to make the process straightforward, including online quotations for our Level 2 Surveys. If you prefer to speak to someone, you can talk to us directly: the directors and surveyors who carry out the work.
